Doctor Bios
John T. Dickinson, M.D.
Dr. John Dickinson grew up in a small town in Michigan between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. He has personal interests in music, foreign language, travel and outdoor activities.
Electing a private practice in general and vascular surgery, he moved to Lane County in December of 1975. A medical leader in the Eugene community, he has served as surgery division chief at Sacred Heart Hospital where he is presently on the board of directors. In addition, he was a cofounder of Medical and Surgical Specialists.
He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He serves our medical community with extensive experience and a broad range of general and vascular surgical expertise. His special interests include gastrointestinal, oncologic and vascular surgery.
